Hi......,

I have had firefox browser for a while now and it has always worked fine. Now I`m suffering from that internet pages can`t be loaded ( see attachment ). I think,am not sure since the last update. The weird thing is that youtube does work and can just play video`s also 4K. I have read the error report but can`t really do much with it. Is there anyone who can help me in the right direction?

You can check the connection settings.

  • Settings -> General -> Network: Connection -> Settings

If you do not need to use a proxy to connect to internet then try to select "No Proxy" if "Use the system proxy settings" or one of the others do not work properly.

See "Firefox connection settings":

Hi ..., It's solved. It came about because I have been fiddling with logging/connecting into a Range extender and before being able to do so have changed this see image.

I did not have both options set to automatic. At the DNS address there was no address filled in.

Thanks to you it is now solved. You have pointed me in the right direction.

Thank you very much for that.
