Hourglass icon slowly down page loading

Stuck with this hourglass logo on tabs since the latest update v121.0

Now what I have noted is that this is causing the pages to load slow. Only ublock extension is installed, tried all dns settings but the result is the same. Is anyone facing the same?

ui.prefersReducedMotion needs to be type Number with value 0 to allow the loading animation.

Alternatively, enable animations in Windows 10 Settings > Ease of Access > Display > Show animations in Windows.
