Need help transfering my saved FF profile to new computer

Hi, I recently started using a new computer (DELL desktop), and prior to turning in my previous PC I saved a copy of my FF profile including bookmarks, settings etc. I have been trying to import the saved file to my new PC per the articles in your help section but I have not been able to successfully get all of the saved data over.

Is there someone available that can walk me through this process?
