Does it make any difference if you:

  • "Zoom out" by holding down the Ctrl key and tapping the - key? You can hold down Ctrl and tap the + key to zoom back in.
  • Resize the height and width of the Firefox window (if you use a full screen or maximized window, you'll need to make it a resizable window first)?

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
