    I've been having a devil of a time trying to understand the complex cyber lingo in your directions.  Is it possible to tell me in simple English what I can do to solve my problem?

Hi Dom, to narrow down the range of possible suggestions, it would be helpful to get a better understanding of your experience.

What happens when you try to use PayPal? Do you get specific error messages that you can relay to us? Does it not let you log in?
