FF Suddenly installs "Themes"??!? Grab Bar color changes!!!

I liked Firefox the way it was, but just now today when asked if I wanted to select Themes I clicked no, and now my Grab Bar has changed from the System Color I like that matches all other applications' grab bars to White which blends into the rest of the page. That makes it difficult to find, and to control the window.

Is there a way to go back not knowing what else changed, or to put it another way: Is Firefox the browser that I want to use?
