How do I move the open windows from the top of the page back below the web address
Firefox just updated and moved my open folders to the top of the page and not below the open web address
Chosen solution
Wow, that is a very custom arrangement. Either you or someone with access to your computer must have set that up.

Hi Lorileeca, you've probably noticed that your "tabs on bottom" CSS in your userChrome.css files needs to be updated every 8-15 versions. It's time to update it again. Could you check out the following thread:
No Idea what any of this means
There is no built-in setting to move the tabs. So in order to move them, you create a file named userChrome.css and paste in style rules (CSS). That doesn't sound like something you've done in the past?
my open folders have always been the 3rd row down on my browser. My bookmarks at the top, the open web address in the middle and my open folders the 3rd row down
Hmm, this is what my toolbar area looks like:
Is yours in that standard order, or the opposite order?
Now Top Row is open Folders Next Row is the address of the folder I have open , the star to add to the toolbar Book Marks Bottom Row are my bookmarks
Before it updated today
Top Row was all my bookmarks Middle or second row was the address of the folder I have open , the star to add to the toolbar Book Marks Bottom Row was open Folders I was using
The top row and Bottom row have reversed
