Previously I was accidentally able to place the "Other Bookmarks" Folder on the Toolbar, perfectly placed on the LH side, but it was inadvertently deleted from there, I can't remember how to replace it in that spot which is much more user friendly, and all other efforts have failed. I would appreciate help please.

Hi, be aware that if the folder is empty, it will not show. Assuming that is not the case, type about:config into the address bar, press Enter and accept any warning, then copy and paste the following into the search box browser.toolbars.bookmarks.2h2020 Now on the search result, click the Toggle button at the right-hand end to change from False to True. You must then restart Firefox to implement the change. You should be able to drag items on the bookmarks toolbar to rearrange them, but on the address bar you need to do it in Customize mode (3-bar Menu > Customize).

Note that from Firefox 85 (scheduled for release 26th January) an option will be added to the right click on the toolbar menu, which will allow you to add/remove Other Bookmarks. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1674539
