Mult-container icon is missing from FF browser toolbar

I installed the FF Multi-Container add on, however the icon does not appear in the browser toolbar. i have uninstalled and re-installed it, closed and re-opened FF, and have restarted the computer. I also have Https Everywhere, No Scripts, and Privacy Badger add ons. How can this be fixed?
