I have been using Firefox for a long time and I really like it. Thank you. But recently I am working with the Chemistry Searching website "Reaxys" and I find it can not open the "Draw" window. Other broswer can still do this. So I think maybe something wrong with Firefox. Compared with Edge or Internet Explorer, I still love Firefox. So please help me to check what's wrong with my browser...

How can we test this issue? Is this page has public access?
