If you go to the <code>about:profiles</code> page in Firefox, you likely have a second profile listed. Firefox likely accidentally created a new profile for you and that's the one that loading in Firefox. Press the '''Open profile in new browser''' button and see if your bookmarks are there. If they are, you can use the '''Set as default profile''' button to make Firefox load that profile each time you open in. See [[Recover lost or missing Bookmarks]] for more information.
