When I go to outlook.office.com I get 10 redirects and then a error. The error says “too many redirects”. I cleared cookies, same problem. On win10 machine. Chrome on the same machine has no issues.

I think this is related to adblockers causing the problem. I clicked the link and get to the login without problem.

I uninstalled Firefox and then deleted all three of the mozilla directories from the AppData folder. Then I reinstalled Firefox, and did not do a sync or add any Add-Ons and tried it. Still had the problem. I have another Windows machine and it works fine there.

Such an error message can be caused by blocking cookies or blocking the referrer.

What security software do you have?

Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support to see if that has effect in case security software is causing problems.

You can remove all data stored in Firefox from a specific domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry ("History -> Show All History" or "View -> Sidebar -> History").

Using "Forget About This Site" will remove all data stored in Firefox from this domain like history and cookies and passwords and exceptions and cache, so be cautious. If you have a password or other data from that domain that you do not want to lose then make sure to backup this data or make a note.

You can't recover from this 'forget' unless you have a backup of involved files.

If you revisit a 'forgotten' website then data from that website will be saved once again.

Well that was interesting. When I did that it forgot my password. So when I first went to the url it took me to the login.office.com which worked. Then I entered my password and it took me to outlook.office.com and then it failed in the same way.

OK.

I went to every *.office.com url in my history and told it to "forget" and then tried it and it worked!!!!

Thanks for your help!!

Just wondering when you said what you did here-did you also delete the Mozilla folder from any "Program Files" folder?

No I did not. I thought all the data was in AppData Folders
