When opening a google sites calendar, ( without being logged in to gmail) by default the week strats with Sunday. I would like to change it to start on Monday, however the options of alt-t ( tools) settings, view is not there anymore.

Check with Google (calendar) settings.

is it not possible without changing gmail settings. Because I have users who use the link without being logged in to google, and I would like them to see Monday as the first day of the week. I can of course change it in my own google account, but that won`t change it for them, when they click on the website.

Would that work for you  ?

As you are specifically talking about Google Calendar, there is of course nothing Firefox can change in those settings .....
