Hi, this option you'll want to turn off is 'Smooth Scrolling.' Type about:preferences in the URL/Address Bar and press enter, then scroll down until you see the 'Browsing' sub-category. Uncheck the box that says 'Use smooth scrolling.' Now your scrolling should be faster than it was before!
