Hi PeteThayer, the Menu Bar -- the top bar with File, Edit, View, etc. -- has not changed. You still turn it on and off the same was a previous versions.

Use any of these methods to show the toolbar list and select the desired bars there:

  • right-click (on Mac Ctrl+click) a blank spot on the tab bar (or the "+" button)
  • (menu bar) View > Toolbars
On Windows, tap the Alt key to activate the menu bar temporarily.
  • in Customize mode > Show/Hide Toolbars (see: Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars)

To turn on the Menu Bar or Bookmarks Toolbar, click it on the list.

Is that what you're looking for?

I noticed you didn't follow up in your other thread, so if other aspects of the user interface are still an issue, you may wish to continue there.
