Bookmarks sidebar returns when FF is launched after closing in Kiosk Mode

I'm running FF 56.0 64 Bit under Windows 10 in kiosk mode. Recently the Bookmarks Side Bar start to display on the right side on its own and I cannot disable it using the instructions found here.

Everything works fine in safe mode but not in Full Screen Kiosk Mode, I am Using Mfull, Reload on idle and Rkiosk plugins.

In safe mode I can disable the kiosk plugin, restart, remove the side bar, restart and it is gone. When I enable the Kiosk plugin and restart it is back with no interaction from me and the Ctrl B does not work because of the Kiosk Plug in.

This all started in the last few days with no interaction or changes from me.

Any help greatly appreciated.
