Add Google Search - Add - ons not updated!!

I want to add Google search as my Search engine, but it is not listed. Add ons are not updated to Thunderbird current version, sadly it is something that it is happening quite often... at least a handful of other add ons are not updated

Is there any other work around for this option?

Assuming you're talking about https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/google-search-for-thunderbi/ the extension still works in the latest version of Thunderbird.

Thanks, I had my doubts if I should install these add ons which indicated they were not suitable for this version, but they worked, thank you!!
