Screen goes black for a second like switching resolution when leaving Netflix or going to next episode

Hey guys. Just built a new high end gaming pc. Netflix runs fine when I'm watching it in Firefox. It's just when I either X out of the tab, leave the site to got to a different site, or go to the next episode when the problem occurs. Pretty much it's when I stop watching Netflix. My screen goes black for a second like it would when switching resolutions on the PC, then comes back. I dunno if it's switching between using my GFX card and the MOBO or what, but it's annoying that it happens EVERY time. How can I fix this?
