TB does not accept gmail-password

I was forced to change password for my Google-account. The new one works fine when I log into Gmail on the web. But it is not accepted in TB when I try to open an new Gmail-account there (after having deleted the old Gmail-account). Appreciate any suggestion of solving this. /hans peter
