add-on install has completely stalled. Why?

Have tried to install Reverse Image Search' (twice), 'Tin Eye', and 'Google Reverse image Search', and all are saying 'installing', but nothing is progressing, and has not in over 24 hours. And, it will not let me cancel out to retry.
