Where or what are you right-clicking?

Type about:preferences <enter> in the address bar.

The obvious Boxes which don't appear, being the one in which you can select to Re-load etc., also, Cut/Paste etc.

I think you mean the toolbars.

Type about:customizing<enter> in the address bar. Look for Show / Hide Toolbars at the bottom left.

There is also a Restore Defaults button at the bottom middle.

Lack of Terminology,; It is the Contextual Boxes which present problems, in delayed opening.
