I am seeing only 2 messages from the first of March in my Inbox folder. Both have been read. In my history display (e.g. when you hit the down arrow it brings up an image of a web site display previously viewed), I can see the Outlook inbox and there are many messages in it, some of which are new. I've checked all my display settings. I've shut down the computer. I've closed and reopened only Outlook as well as my email account. All other folders (draft, sent, trash) display all (messages in them. All other web sites from history display correctly.

This is a support forum for Mozilla Firefox. You will have to contact your e-mail provider for help.

Or are you talking about Thunderbird?

The issue seems to be with Firefox. It even crashed and when I did a restart some of my new email appears, though none of the other emails I've already downloaded from the mail server.

BTW -- as I understand it, once the email is downloaded from the email server onto my computer, it no longer exists on the server so there is no point in me contacting the email provider.

Thanks.

With mine, the message remains until it is deleted.
