Thunderbird worked perfectly 15 minutes ago. It upgraded to v45 and now I can't connect and get my emails. I have tried the fixes and nothing! FIX IT!!
Thunderbird worked perfect 15 minutes ago. It upgraded to v45 and now I can't get my emails. I read thru and tried your fixes and none of them work. Make the old version available till you get this one right! This sucks when I can't get my mail. This is the second time in the last several updates that this has happened.

Google Thunderbird Previous Versions. All versions are always available.
I downloaded an old version and installed it and it works fine. Next question is how do I know when to upgrade to the new version since it seems the new one doesn't work now.
It is working fine for me and lots of others. So when it will work for you is anybody's guess.
