I have tried several times to customize pop-up blocker options using the "exceptions" tab, to no avail. Very frustrating. I just downloaded Windows 10 about a month ago. Is that interfering?

Is the infobar with the allow button failing to appear when a pop-up is blocked, or clearing itself too quickly?

Another way to allow pop-ups on a site is, before triggering the popup, click the padlock or globe icon in the address bar, then the "greater than" sign (>) and then More Information.

Click the Permission icon and scroll down to "Open Pop-up Windows" and uncheck the box for "Use default". Then you can select Allow for the site.

Does that work any better?
