Firefox crashes

So I have been trying to launch Firefox for 6-7 hours now and still haven't been able to launch it without difficulty.. I will state everything I have done below and what is actually happening.

What I have tried: -Full reinstall (deleted the appdata part and the program files -Anti-virus/malware etc. -tried running in safe mode, didn't start -changed compatibility to everything else -closed it in task manager

Basically I have read 50+ threads and did everything mentioned in those threads and nothing has helped

What is happening: I installed Firefox and once it's finished, I double click the firefox icon. It shows the loading icon on the arrow icon than stop.. Inside task manager, it shows that Firefox is running but at very minimal(2.7mb). If I wait 10 minutes or so the Firefox window will pop but but it will be "NOT RESPONDING". If I wait another 5-8 minutes, it will come out of the 'Not Responding' status. I followed a thread earlier that said use CCleaner to clean up my pc and that helped alittle bit. After I downloaded Firefox this last time, it wanted to imported stuff from Chrome, etc but the problem consisted.. I have run out of options. I have googled/read every single Troubleshooter out to no avial.. I am desperate this point.

Any help will be greatly appreciated, I honestly don't want the last 6-7 hours go to waste.

Well, I tried using firefox after waiting for it to load and after 2-3 minutes of using it, it went back to "Not Responding"

Update: -Installed different variations of Firefox(Waterfox and Cyberfox), neither would launch either -Installed GPU driver and Windows updates, nothing worked. -Found out that the profiles were in read-only and turned it off.. Didn't work. -Next step is to try and defrag..

Just some info, I am using Windows 8.1 and it is currently up-to-date. I have CCleaner, Malwarebytes, and Avast( NO NORTON).

As of right now, I think my only option to using Firefox and factory resetting unless there is something I don't know about.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test.

Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer. Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. All these programs have free versions.

Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

You can also do a check for a rootkit infection with TDSSKiller.
