Having great difficulty loading sites that I previousl had no problem with. Error message is "Secure Connection failed- incorrect message authentication code"
Since I converted to Mozilla I have been unable to pull up websites like Pay.gov or USPS or MyDish among others & problem is very consistent. Never had any issues with IE8. Also when I'm already active in a website the page expires when trying to navigate in task bar. Is weird stuff man!

That's a somewhat obscure error. Past solutions may have included (sometimes it's hard to tell which suggestion helped):
- Disabling Firefox from using IPv6 (see that topic in: Firefox can't load websites but other browsers can)
- Checking for a proxy setting in the Options dialog: "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Options > Advanced > Network mini-tab > "Settings" button -- try "No Proxy"
- Fixing a flaky internet connection
- Removing some extensions (e.g., MaskMe and an old version of DoNotTrackMe)
- Not using NetNanny
