My firefox has started crashing a few months back. At the begining it was crashing once a week. It got worse by time. Now it crashes a few times a day.

I am running Firefox 32.0.3 on Mac OSX 10.9.5.

I have updated both my OS and firefox but it didn't help.

I have also read previous questions.According to some of the answers, I tried to run firefox in safe mode. But it still crashes.

Any ideas whatI could do?

We're sorry to hear that Firefox is crashing. In order to assist you better, please follow the steps below to provide us crash IDs to help us learn more about your crash.

  1. Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
  2. Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste that into the "Post a Reply" box. (Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the ID's. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like)

Thank you for your quick response.

Here are the top 5 crash reports. There are also other crashes among those above but I obviously didn't submit their reports to mozilla so I deleted them from the list.

I love firefox and I prefer to keep using it to opera or chrome.

I have the exact same issues with FireFox and I am running 34.0.5, Firefox has been crashing consistently since maybe 6 months ago or so.

I have a MacBook Pro 16 GB RAM, 2.6GHZ Intel i7 running Maverick (10.9.5).

I updated FF to all the latest versions and it would simply crash whenever, I could be on a website and it starts to hang and then either pick back up or crash. I started using FireFox sparingly and went back to Chrome and Safari as primaries. Now I only use it for Firebug because I can't use FF as primary because of the crashes.

Here are my latest reports
