Browser window seems to be hidden. Icon shows in task bar when opened, but window won't open. If I open a second iteration, that one is visible, but still not the first one.

Hi.

Recently, when I tried to open Firefox, I saw a tiny window open, but then it disappeared. A log-in window that was related to one of the previous session's tabs was visible during startup. I even entered the log-in information, but when that window disappeared, the browser window never seemed to open.

I'm using Windows 7 and see a blank icon in the task bar that seems to indicate the window exists, but nothing seems to allow me to access it. If I open a second iteration of the browser, I can access that one, but still not the first.

If I close both iterations and try again, I run into the same problem.

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Thank you!

The window could be opening off screen.
