130.0b1 (64-bit) Release notes - PDFViewer.JS NOT WORKING

PDF Viewer just loads a white screen on the 130.0b1 (64-bit) build, I have to manually save the pdfs and open them with another program.
I have restarted TB several times, restarted the computer, checked for any and all malicous firmware and still its not working
