Getting the XPCOM can't load message. Uninstalled everything and reloaded firefox. I could not get it to work. Seems to be a lot of misinformation on the subject (irony here). Finally loaded the latest BETA test version problem solved ... for 2 days. Got the XPCOM message again. This time I reloaded the latest BETA test version and disabled updates. Pretty lousy solution but at least it has been trouble free for over a week. SHEEEZ!

Firefox is making my browsing experience bad. Even normal searches are having connection error, for eg:- like searching meaning of a word, trying to explore something, etc. It always says connection error and says that connection is not safe. Well during writing my experience I again tried and this time it's okay, but I'm sure it'll happen again so please look up on this problem. Thank you.

Sometimes when I click on a tab I go to that tab but the tab itself gets moved to the right end of the tab bar, I have no clue what causes this, and it's typically infrequent enough that I've mostly forgotten about it before it happens again

DELL's new monitor, U3225QE, can be connected via Thunderbolt 4. I can display 120Hz and Edge and Chrome display without any problems. Only in Firefox there are some areas that should be displayed in white but are displayed in pink. By the way, when connected via HDMI 2.1, the display is 120Hz without any discoloration. If you turn on the dynamic refresh rate, the screen will go black every time you move the mouse. When it is OFF, Firefox browsing does not change color and can be used normally, I called Dell support and they told me, "That's probably a problem with Firefox." By the way, the hardware configuration is CPU:AMD Ryzen7 9700X Mother Board:Asrock B650M HDV-M.2 Video Card:Asrock Radeon7600XT Challenger 16GB OC Thunderbolt 4 Expansion Card: GIGABYTE GC-MAPLE RIDGE It would be helpful if Mozilla could address this issue.

My Mac will not login to my savings/credit account. It does exactly NOTHING when I click on login. If I use Safari I can log in perfectly fine. Firefox also does not login to another credit card account and does the same thing. Everything else works fine in Firefox, except for these two accounts. They both work in Safari. What setting is causing this??????????

So far I have tried to uninstall firefox and re-install it. I have cleared my cache and cookies several times and just today I clicked on the little shield in the search bar and turned off the toggle for enhanced tracking. I don't know what else to do. Any suggestions???? Please?????

Before I get to the heart of the matter I need to clarify something. My browser have updated to the new version two days ago. When I open it yesterday it did not restore my session, I checked resently closed windows but it was clean. I looked on the forums and found out that I can use old copies of the session to restore it, unfortunately the "previous.jsonlz4" had already been overwritten, but I found three upgrade.jsonlz4 which may be suitable for restoration, I saved it and others files in another folder. It is a list of files that I have saved: 1.previous.jsonlz4 2.recovery.baklz4 3.recovery.jsonlz4 4. upgrade.jsonlz4-2025.... 5. upgrade.jsonlz4-2025.... 6. upgrade.jsonlz4-2025.... Then the forum said that I need to select one of the appropriate files, rename it to sessionstore.jsonlz4 and replace the old one. The problem is that I can't find sessionstore.jsonlz4. It was said that it appears after closing the browser, but I couldn't find it. Now after this introduction I can move on to my questions. Is it possible that this file is now called differently and this method of recovery can still be implemented? And are there other ways to restore the session? I would be very grateful for help.

I'm having problems with the browser when adding extensions. I received a response saying that my Firefox is out of date, which is a mistake because it's another browser. My problem is with the FlashPeak SlimBrowser browser, which has all the extensions expired and the browser also doesn't update.

Now I have another problem. I can't watch the stream on Twitch because the image doesn't load. I'm attaching the image for review.

I'm using Firefox in MacBook. When i'm accessing SharePoint site and any link related to SharePoint, i'm frequently get the prompt to sign in my Microsoft 365 account. i didn't face this issue when using Chrome or Edge. IT Team try to set conditional access from Microsoft to allow persistent token, it work well for Chrome but seems Firefox didn't take effect. Any help can guide me to reduce the frequent prompt to sign in?

Browser stopped showing all opened tabs across toolbar. Used to be able to see & toggle between several open tabs (websites) at the same time. Now browser only opens 1 bookmark tab & cannot even use backup button to see any previous tabs. Firefox 138..0.4

After a recent Firefox update my bookmarks went missing. Mozilla informs me that to recover them I need to go to about:profiles. There the "Launch profile in new browser" button is missing. Mozilla instructions advise me to click on it to begin the process to recover my missing bookmarks. If you know of a way to recover the missing button or know of another way I can recover my book marks I'd appreciate it. Thank you.

I'm using the vertical tabs feature. I also tried enabling the "Expand sidebar on hover" option, which minimizes the side bar, and only expands it when you hover on it.

Issue: I have a lot of open tabs, and I'm usually working with the ones at the bottom of the list. When the bar minimizes the scroll position resets back to the beginning. So, every time I want to select a tab, I have to scroll back down, which makes this feature very hard to use.

Expected behavior: After the vertical bar minimizes, and I hover again, it should keep the scroll position.

I am very used to switching tabs by using the keyboard so I usually do Ctrl+tab and I have it set to recent order (which makes sense to me because most of the time you switch back and forth between two or three tabs) to navigate between tabs. In some recent update, some tabs became unreachable by using this keyboard shortcut, as no more tabs are displayed nor do they appear when you reach the end of the list, forcing me to use the mouse to look for the tab (please see screenshot attached).

I was hoping this had a workaround or if it is a bug I would like to know how to report it.
