So I had to reset my pc, and i didnt think to export my password and bookmarks since I'm logged in and sync is on. Now its only syncing to what I had 5 years ago rather than just earlier today. Can't seem to figure out how to fix it.

In the last few days, after some minutes of usage, parts of Firefox become unclickable:

- I can still click on tabs to change tabs. - When hovering over the cross button to close a tab, it changes appearance as it should. Clicking the button does nothing. Ctrl+w still closes the button. - Clicking on the address bar does nothing. - Cannot click on back, forward, refresh buttons. - Cannot click on any add-ons. - Cannot click on preferences. - Can click on the button to open a new tab. There, I can enter an address. Once the page has loaded, address bar becomes unclickable again. - Bookmarks toolbar is still working as expected. - Keyboard shortcuts (ctrl+t, ctrl-w, ctrl-l) still work as expected.

on Manjaro 25.0.1 with GNOME 48

I'm trying to have Google.ca as my homepage, but Firefox won't let me. It keep reverting back to Google.com Please help. Claude Hamel landbaron52@gmail.com

Tell me how to fix this. I don't go into registries etc.. So, if the fix is at that level, please tell me what it is on a form that I can copy from and give it to whatever tech I can find to hire to fix the problem. Love to add images, but your notice of the crash is set up to make it impossible to copy.

This support article is inaccurate and doesn't stop firefox from prompting for my windows 11 pin. Is there anyway to actually stop this prompt?

I set up a primary password, then closed out of everything to make sure it worked. When I reopened the browser, everything was still logged in. I was prompted to enter the primary password, but bypassed it by x-ing out.

How can I stop everything from staying logged in? I want the passwords saved, but not everyone on the computer to be able to use them without some sort of log-in (in the browser, due to how software is set up we all use the same user account on the computer).

I had no problem accessing XFINITY.com until today. Today, I had to change both my username and password with XFINITY.com. Thereafter, the my mozilla/Firefox asked whether I wanted to delete my password and username with XFINITY.com (and it said that my choice cannot be undone). I clicked "yes," since it was showing my OLD username and password (which I wanted to get rid of). Now, however, Firefox will not allow me to access XFINITY.com, and it shows the following: Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.xfinity.com/sitecore/api/learn/neptune/customer/existing/postauth?" on this server.

Therefore, I'm asking for help to restore my access to XFINITY.com using the Firefox browser. (I use Windows-11 and I use a Dell laptop)

2025May16 sidebar - i have deselected 'show sidebar' in settings .. i do not want sidebar i do not like sidebar .. i continue to get 'use sidebar' prompt @ launch .. plse tell me how to stop that prompt

To set up a Passkey, it says to enter a pin, which it then says I can find and change in Settings. I can't find any of it because my Mozilla account, even though I'm not doing anything, says it has timed out. Please help me locate my PIN. Thank you

I am having trouble going into publishing clearing house for the last couple of days I never had trouble get into them before I can get into the on Google. But I don't want to use Google I want to use Firefox So why can't I get into Publishing Clearing House

In opening email, graphics have stopped displaying automatically. What it prompts you to do, doesn't work. I had an internal tech look into it from our end, but he said it was a firefox thing. emails are in outlook microsoft edge opens the emails properly. I do not want to use microsoft Edge as my browser.

What can I do to fix it?

After loading the latest update @ least 2 websites stopped displaying content linked to X. Theres a message that the content is blocked. After giving permission to display X the video & audio crashes immediately crashes for that story. I had to turn off enhanced protection to get the content to display like it did yesterday. Is this some kind of deep state suppression of X? What ever is going on I want yesterday back and I'm not inclined to accept future versions or updates.
