I previously had a Firefox account registered with my original email address. Recently, I changed the account’s primary email by adding a secondary email address, switching it to become the primary email, and then removing the secondary email address.
After completing this change, I attempted to create a new Firefox account using the original email address that was previously associated with my account. However, during the sign-up process, I receive the error message: "Primary account email required for sign-in."
It appears that the original email address may still be linked to the previous account in some way, preventing it from being used to register a new account. I would like to understand why this is happening and how I can free the email address so it can be used to create a new Firefox account.
I'm ready to uninstall Firefox. I have several devices and sometimes register as Rick or Richard. Could this be causing issues with my Mozilla Account??

I received this email after I tried to sign in to my Mozilla account. This is the relevant info from the email:
Your {$providerName} account has been linked to your Mozilla account Mobile Safari on iOS 18.7
I don't know what I did to cause this email to be sent. I wasn't trying to link any other account to my mozilla account.
Cancel my Mozilla account
I no longer wish to subscribe to Monitor Plus but cannot find in Settings or anywhere where to cancel this service.

This was first reported on 14 Dec, which I dealt with. Why again today (20 Dec)? Again, I have logged in to be sure.
