Hello Firefox Support Team,

I would like to ask for assistance regarding my Firefox Account.

My Firefox Account is currently associated with the email address:

Old email: [edited] @mail.ru

Unfortunately, this email account has been permanently deleted, and I no longer have any possibility to recover or access it.

I would like to know if it is possible to transfer my Firefox Account, including all associated data, synchronization information, and authentication methods, to a new email address:

New email: [edited from community support forum] @gmail.com

I am currently signed in to the Firefox Account on my mobile devices and can provide information about them if necessary.

I work for Mozilla, my LDAP changed a few years ago, I just noticed my Firefox is logged in as my previous LDAP . Is there any way to change this without deleting all of my bookmarks etc.?

I've lost access to my [edited] @hotmail.com email address that is associated with this account, and I'd like to change my email address now before I'm locked it forever. This is the last computer that I have that is still logged in! It seems that to add another email address I need verification from my first email address, which I can not get. Please help! I don't know if your response to this help question will go to my Firefox account or my email, but if it goes to my lava950 email I won't receive it. The email address that was used when my Mozilla account was first set up no longer exists, I'm trying to change it but the site keeps sending the confirmation codes to the existing non-existent email address which I no longer have access to. How do I change the email address without losing any data?

Confirmation email is not arriving to my new email account

I need to change the username on my Mozilla and email address to avoid paying ridiculous prices on my email. I am trying to change it to a gmail address.

First I am trying to add secondary email address but the confirmation code never shows up in the gmail.

How do I fix this without losing all my data and passwords.

I set up my Mozilla account, with its pirmary and secondary emails, before deleting my primary email To switch my secondary email to my primary email, I'd need to receive a code on my primary email, which has been deleted.

Account --> Manage account --> add --> secondary email --> (i put the code) and then firefox returns: account already exists. this is not true.server dont clean the cache? i dont now.

I have always used FireFoxNow the email that I use to login to mozilla accounts. I cannot gain access the email I use too login.Lost my mobile phone and along with that my sim/number too gain access too my mail account!! See no matter what I do, It asks me to verify my gmail/outlook/yahoo etc

I would lobe to gain axx too my main email address but at the moment I cant get A replacement sim with the number I need too gain/verify because. Too get A Replacement ssim with the number I always used for years now.. they "the mobile provider" want the pin code that came with the sim pack that came years ago!?! Like I have looked every were for that sim card pack to get the original pin code too get a replacement. Shur it was years ago and that pack with the original pin code that of course I changed it too A code I would like. So now i am stuck between a rock and a hard place. No original sim, They wont accept that it was years old "Original pin on the sim pack" and I have changed the pin from the original pin, lost the original pin! So I just lets say for mozilla want too change my email too my new email because I cant login to my gmail, even do I know the password etc but google wants me too verify threw the phone I lost or the number I lost.

Can anyone advise me on how I can at the very least change the mail i use to login here too an new mail I had to make.

Hi! I have access to my account and my recovery codes, but my primary email is a deleted alias I no longer have access to. I cannot add a new email because the confirmation code is sent to the old address. Please help me change my primary email.

Is it gMail or Mozilla that is slowing down the time for gMail to open a new Message? My internet connection is consistently between 200-300 mbps. Also, how to I change the email address on my account? Or should I just start a new account? Thank you.

had to change internet provider I can't change my e*mail address because it will send confirmation to old address that i don't have my new address is [email removed]@bright.net
