Twice in recent weeks I received the message "Your account and your personal data will be permanently deleted on [Wednesday, Jun 10, 2026] because you haven’t been active" at my email address of [edited] @gmail.com. However, my email on your records is [edited] @yahoo.com. I access both of those email accounts on my computer (Windows 11) through my Firefox browser.

I keep getting email messages saying that my Firefox account will be terminated on May 26th because I don't use the browser enough. Is this true? I also use a different browser, but do use Firefox occasionally.

I don't like the idea of multiple users having access to my phone , and as far a meta apps like FB and messenger there like wormhole virisus that open external page after external page while navigating there apps causing a multi tab over load on my browser not toention my battery drainage

I received an email that said my account would be closed in 7 days unless I signed in.

I leave my Mozilla tabs permanently open and use them every day. I tried to sign in as instructed and got an "unknown error" about 3 times. Then I was sent to a page talking about Windows 10. I have the extension; that's not a problem for me.

Closing Mozilla and possibly losing all those open tabs would be a BIG problem. Evidently I'm signed in now. I hope everything is OK with my Mozilla account.

Your Mozilla account is used to access free privacy and browsing products like Firefox sync, Mozilla Monitor, Firefox Relay, and MDN. We noticed you haven’t signed in for 2 years. Your account and your personal data will be permanently deleted on Friday, Jul 3, 2026 because you haven’t been active.

I use Firefox every single day. I don't understand this message. Please explain.

Hello I am dev from Hanbiro Inc, My Firefox Add-ons developer account appears to have been blocked. I am unable to access the developer dashboard and receive the error: "You do not have permission to perform this action."

Additionally, one of my extensions shows that it has been blocked because the author has been banned.

However, I did not receive any email or notification explaining the reason for this action.

This extension was intended for private/internal use only and was not meant for public distribution. It does not collect user data, perform tracking, or execute remote code.

I would like to request clarification on: - The reason my account was blocked - Whether this action can be appealed or reversed - What specific changes are required to comply with Mozilla policies

I am willing to modify the extension to fully comply with all guidelines.

I am signed in, yet FireFox keeps popping up asking for me to sign in. I attempted to sign out and it doesn't respond. I tried deleting the account and then later installed it and I am still signed in? What can I do to sign out?
