I had a power outage occur recently and when i booted my computer again I found that somehow my Firefox account was disconnected. All of my bookmarks and history gone, but things like accounts and site preferences were kept. The problem is that firefox is not saving my history and bookmarks cannot be made. I have checked common causes for this problems, like not activating sync and turning off "remember history", settings which were set up correctly.

Hello, I can't log in to Facebook, only through Firefox, and that's the problem. Edge and Chrome work fine. I've already deleted cookies and temporary files, and still nothing. This problem has been occurring for a while.

At some point recently, a 'Profiles tab has appeared in my menu bar. Presumably this arrived during an update. I don't want it, keep accidentally clicking on it instead of bookmarks & want it gone. How do I remove it?

My mac froze, force quit did not work, unplugged it, turned it back on, all bookmarks were gone and not able to add new ones. Would like to restore old bookmarks and add new ones.

I purchased mozilla vpn. It worked fine for months until a few days ago. Now I can't use the internet at all without turning it off. With the purchased version off I turned on the vpn in the firefox browser. This seems to work fine but it is only in used within the browser. The ;purchased browser is installed on my Iphone and my Mac laptop. Same problem with both. I also received an email a day or so after the trouble started saying my password for Mozilla had been changed. I did not aske for this change. Since my internet access was shut off I couldn't initiate a change of my own. It took me another day to figure out my problem was the browser. At that point I changed my Mozilla login password. I wpou;ld ;like top keep usiong the purchased version of the mozilla vpn on both my laptop and my iphone (13) because it looks more thoroughly at data going in and out of my devices.

Mozilla has been bragging about the free built-in Firefox VPN for months now. I still don't see it. I'm on the latest release (151.0.3) but I don't see any way to access it. I know they've said it would be a phased rollout but it's been a long time coming already. Am I doing somethin wrong?

cut and paste not working on one box on ebay listing page!

ebay sell an item. opened page appears with boxes of which one is called description. This week, the cut and paste will no longer work on that box. It works on every other box on that page! Ebay say its not them.

My browser was recently updated to 150.0.2, and on the new launch page after update describing new features, it prompted me that the new free mozilla vpn was available to try. When I clicked on the link to follow the steps to set it up, it said to click the vpn icon in the toolbar, but I don't see that icon there. When I go to more tools -> customize toolbar to try to find that icon to add it back, it doesn't appear among the toolbar options. Is this something I still don't have access to because it's in a limited beta, or is there some other way I should be accessing this?

I found some information about deleting closed tabs from Firefox.

Please allow users to select a date or date range instead of a maximum number of tabs and windows. Computers often restart, for instance when installing updates, and some sessions will include more tabs than others.

Recently found one way to delete closed tab/window record: set both to zero.

Please allow users to select a timeframe as well. People may have to restart a computer while in private mode, and a set number of tabs/windows cannot cover all possible situations.
