I am learning to write an HTML program to build a website. How do I test the program on Firefox. I tried to open it on Firefox and Firefox opened it in the text format. What do I do to see it as a webpage ?

Save it as a txt file with the .html file extension on your computer then open in Firefox.

Make sure that you select "All files" when saving the file, because otherwise you may end up with a hidden .txt file extension if you save the file as a text file (you see file.html in exporer, but the properties will confirm that it s a text file).
