after update can no longer use any top headers anymore; can't search or use links etc

on firefox i can't use headers for e-mail for example .. i have to go to each message and rightclick to get options to say delete it for instance; if I put something in google . . and I get a search . . i can't use the box to retype another search . i have to use my bookmarks to go back to google and retype; on fire fox website itself .. I can use stuf fint he middle screen but if I want to go say support . . I can't use the link provided on top of page . . i have to type firefox support to get to page

That problem can be caused by the Yahoo! Toolbar that extents too much downwards and covers the top part of the browser window and thus makes links and buttons in that part of the screen not clickable.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

I disabled the extention and now Firefox is back to working like normal again; thank you!
