I have sync set up at home, but my phrase is required (in addition to username & password) when setting it up on my work PC. Can my phrase be sent to me (at the email address I signed up with)?

Your secret phrase may be stored in the password manager. In the tools menu select options. In the options dialog go to the security panel and click on the "Saved Passwords" button, then in the password manager click on "Show Passwords" (If you use a master password you will need to enter it). If stored the secret phrase will be listed, in the search box if you type chrome it may show the Firefox sync password and secret phrase.
