Tabs and History are Missing After Avast Anti-track

I just tried the free Avast anti-track product. I ran a browser clean-up which included browser cache but NOT browser history. (they give you options on what to clear). Now I have lost the 50+ tabs I always open on startup. I have also lost all browser history older than 2 weeks. Avast can't help. Anyone know how I can recover my tabs?
