Thunderbird not closing properly
Since applying update 115.10.0, Thunderbird will not close correctly and will not relaunch until task is ended in task Manager. This is true on a windows 7 PC and windows 10.

For the time being try to uncheck "Empty Trash on Exit" in your Account Settings.
