There are two formats and, since ver 115 keeps adding new features, the format will likely include more options in coming months. I suggest you download the portable version to experiment with from https://portableapps.com/apps/internet/thunderbird_portable

The attached picture shows the available contact fields in the default address book. More categories and options are included with the Cardbook add-on.
