Could not open email Thunderbird. Big questionair filled in, did not work. Used Syetem restore. Tried to open Thunderbird. Got message "Cannot load XPCOM. What do I do now ?

I have no idea what that means.

Used System restore.

Restore to what? Note, Windows System Restore doesn't restore anything related to Thunderbird.

Got message "Cannot load XPCOM.

Try to download the full installer from https://www.thunderbird.net/ and run it.

If cannot email suggest use facebook messenger
