I have done many searches via Google on how to migrate Outlook 2016 Address Book(s) to Thunderbird and have not found one that does the job.

I did find a suggestion to use Thunderbird V31.8.0 to migrate the Outlook Messages & Addresses. This worked; however, then could not find a way to do a clean migration on up to V91.10.01.

Any good solutions (free) that will work?

Download and install the current 32bit release version. It should just locate the existing profile and use it. If it does not report the issues and I will try and help you with them.
