Every time I go to a facebook page it loads the page at least six times so when I use the "back" arrow it have to hit it 6 times top get back to my original page?

Are you using content blocking extensions as those can cause extra entries appearing ? It is also possible that there are FB uses redirects.

You can open the FB page in a new tab via a middle-click or by holding the Ctrl key and left-click a link, then you can close this tab to go back to the original page by closing the FB tab.
