Windows - No Focus on address bar if launching by taskbar, right click new/open window

Any ideas why I cannot immediately start typing in the address-bar if I launch FF from Windows taskbar by right clicking FF Icon, and selecting launch as "Open new window" or "New private window" or "Open new tab". I always need to click on the address-bar before starting to type
