It is often difficult to properly format your message in an email. In particular if you copy/paste from other tools (Word, Web Sites etc.) it is often impossible to reformat them at all or to one of the predefined formats and/or fonts

It's hard to reformat content that contains a lot of non-standard html, so the best option is to Paste Without Formatting (Ctrl+Shift+V), then apply formatting in TB.
