Thunderbird freezes on OSX

I use TB on OSx - latest version. It freezes regularly - at least 2-3 times per day. The only option is to Force Quit and restart. Then I lose where I was up to on the 10 emails I was composing in parallel. i now take screengrabs of what I was working on - hardly ideal!

Crash report attached - I can provide the full text version of this but this will not allow me to upload it.

It happens all the time, randomly - about 5 times per day now. There is no one action that causes it.

I am on Catalina 10.15.1

Hi, this is still happening, every single day on random actions without any consistency. Is there any way to get any help on this or any suggestions on how to deal with it?
