Since install of v69 pasting text from 'Notepad' with Ctrl+V no longer works? Right click Paste is OK

I was trying to copy plain text from 'Notepad' into an 'aspVirtualNews Manager' arfticle. I had no problem until 6th September when I upgraded to Firefox v69. With Ctrl+V nothing happens and cursor remains in the same place, but Right click Paste works fine.
