Why does firefox keep telling me, again and again, that my profile cant be loaded even after i have uninstalled and rinstalled. Cant it fix itself ?
Over the past weeks Firefox has been spamming me with a window that tells me that my profile is inaccessible. This occurred after an update, I cant tell you which one, it seems to happen so often I have other things to do other than just keep track of Firefox updates. It has got worse and worse to the point of geting ten twenty, thirty at a time over the past couple of days, and it is driving me crazy so ... I have removed firefox and my antivirus and installed avast instead of kaspersky and then retriend the installation of Firefox several times it is always the same as soon as Firefox is install it spamms me until either i switch off the computer or delete the firefox installation. I have several accounts which work only with Firefox and cant access my credentials so I am stuck.

hi, old versions of kaspersky security software are known to cause this issue. you might want to try the removal tool they are providing at https://support.kaspersky.com/common/service.aspx?el=1464#block1 to get rid of it.
i cant down load any of those tools because they are bloked by the antivirus under chrome and seeing as hiw firefox has been uninstalled ....
I can't get FireFox to install...when all it says is your profile can't be located.
This makes no sense to me at all
