open and close address book automatically

After re-installing W10, Thunderbird in Eudora OSE mode will not open the address book automatically and when closing Eudora the address book stays open on the display and has to be closed manually. Can't find how to bring this back to work.

True, but if you use "exit", both the main window and addressbook will close

Perhaps it's time to move to Thunderbird. However, Address Book in Thunderbird operates in it's own window and is manually opened and closed.

True, but if you use "exit", both the main window and addressbook will close
